Welcome to Lubricants Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website lubricantshub.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility and use of the Site
By using this Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
3. Products
We sell specialist lubricants, greases, oils, cleaning products and related goods for consumer and hobbyist use. We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications and images as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, packaging or appearance may occur and do not constitute a defect.
All products are sold for retail use. Where a product is intended for a specific application, it should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and any instructions provided.
4. Orders and contract formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the products to you and send a dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including where: the product is out of stock; there has been a pricing or description error; or we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.
We accept payment by major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay and Klarna. Payment is taken at the time of order. We take reasonable care to keep your order and payment details secure; all transactions are processed over a secure (SSL-encrypted) connection.
6. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
- Free standard shipping on all orders over £25.
- For orders under £25, a standard shipping charge of £4.99 applies, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Estimated delivery is 3-5 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you on delivery. Title to the products passes to you once we have received full payment.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your right to cancel (statutory cooling-off period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at info@lubricantshub.com. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
Our returns policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we accept returns of unused, unopened goods in their original, resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. (Please confirm or amend this if your policy differs.)
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or evidence that they have been returned).
- For health, safety and product-integrity reasons, we may be unable to accept the return of opened lubricants, oils, greases or other sealed/consumable products unless they are faulty.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If goods arrive faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will cover return postage for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

8. Product use, safety and disclaimer
Our products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and any applicable safety guidance. It is your responsibility to ensure a product is suitable for your intended application.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or consequential loss arising from the incorrect use, misuse, mishandling, or unsuitable application of our products. Some products may be flammable, may require ventilation, or may be unsuitable for certain materials or age groups; always read the label and product information before use, and keep products out of reach of children.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights or our liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law (see clause 10).
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including brand names, logos, product names, text, images, graphics and design (including the Lubricants Hub name and our brand portfolio) — is owned by or licensed to IGNIS Overseas Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use any content without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law (including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order shall not exceed the price paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
