  • Orders placed before [e.g., 2 PM GMT, or simply state "Monday to Friday"] will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been processed, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, adverse weather conditions).

Shipping Method:

  • All orders are shipped via a trusted courier service.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. 

Lost or Damaged Orders:

  • In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@lubricantshub.com . We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
